If you have high quality photos of period clothing or accessories, particularly multiple views of the same object, and would like to make them available for study, but don't have the resources to do so yourself, we would really like to help.
My first choice would be for you to send me photographic prints (slides ok) that I can scan myself. Scanning images is what I do for a living. Be sure to include your return address, and I will mail them back.
Second choice is for you to do your own scanning and send me your scans. Make large scans (5 inch by 8 inch or larger) at 72 dpi. JPEG them to highest quality and email them as attachments to me at patternmaster@nwta.com. This will create pretty good size files, but will help insure the best quality image on the web site.
In any case, I would be happy to link back to your site, or otherwise give you credit for your contribution.
